Hello Harry Potter lovers – I’m Joslyn Davis and of course you’re back at ClevverTV, where we’ve got news on just what exactly will be the moment where the makers of the HP films put the breaks on the second to last installment in the movie franchise. Watch the most recent Deathly Hallows trailer www.youtube.com Since the big finale is a two-parter, we’ve been dying to find out where in the story they’d pause before the very last movie. Harry Potter fan site Muggle Net www.mugglenet.com has done some investigating and has uncovered some scans of a yet to be released Entertainment Weekly article about the film. They have concluded that the big moment will come at about chapter 24, with Voldemort getting the Elder Wand in his possession, “one of the three Deathly Hallows that allow the bearer to conquer death.” We have added the links to the Mugglenet scans in the description below. Wow, so that’s a super exciting detail – what do you guys, the die-hard fans, think about this spot being used as the separation between the last two movies? We want your thoughts here and now. The Voldemort/Elder wand scene is too far into the movie, and it would really only leave us with the final battle and a few other scenes. I would say the dividing point is just before the Malfoy Manor scene, because it is a HUGE cliffie, and everyone would be excited for what happens to them. If not, i would say after the Manor, when we find out that Dobby was stabbed, and he dies, because that was such a sad part, and it was very touching -props to J.K.
Either way love books/movie, cant wait.

@fandude15 i agree. that would be epic, but then again, it’s too far towards the end of the book. i think a failry even split would suffice. but with a massive cliffhanger. always! XD

The bad thing about the HP movies is that for example: when voldemort gets the elder wand from Dumbledore’s tomb, JK rowling describes it so damn perfectly! All we will be able to see is Voldemort’s face of joy! but man I got the chills when i read that last page of that chapter!!!! I got so scared! lol JK Rowling is AMAZING. …and Meyer can go jump off a cliff will her poorly written crap.

@Steve131000 for they should have not separated it, it’s okay for me to watch for like 4 hours with breaks in the middle because hello it’s HARRY POTTER! It’s the finally you expect us to wait for like another 8 months for the second part, i’m guessing the filming will be finished for like january or maybe now and then they wait to release it? Even us wait for it? It would be a BLAST if we saw everythinhg in one very EPICFUL movie!

When i read the book, then found out the movie was in two parts, i thought it would of the end of the first bit would of been when there at shell cottage and after he talks to that wand guy about the deathly hallows.. Hmmmm..?

there are pros and cons to this split, or just the fact that it’s split in general. Main pro: we get to see almost everything from the book without major chapters getting cut. Main con: we have to wait a few more months for the second part to come out. When we’re all in the movie theatre and the movie ends, there will be a mass riot to see the second part. I’ll be the one to start that riot off in my neighborhood. what about you guys?

no i read the book now part 1 will be rushed all my fav parts r in de first half how de hell will they fit 24 freaking chapters in de first half without exculuding parts god use ur brain wb. im peeved everything in part 1 is gonna be rushed nd all pt 2 is battle battle battle
