oh wow. this picture is incredible and I love the eyes! can you make a tutorial for drawing realistic eyes? lol. I think the hair is consistent with this picture and I love his lips: D
The jersey is the worst in this picture, but the worst is yet oretty dam amazing!

It's awesome. I certainly can not call it. In my opinion, you need the shade of hair to give it more definition. I did not notice the jersey, but I agree. You need the shade a little more to look like it has texture.

It's amazing! I do not see any mistakes, really. The eyes are particularly beautiful! They are dark and expressive, I like it. I almost thought you watercolored this picture, haha. Your great with charcoal!
